Thomas C. Danziger graduated from Wesleyan University with honors in general scholarship and the New York University School of Law, where he was an editor of The Journal of International Law and Politics.  Prior to founding Danziger & Danziger, LLP, Mr. Danziger was associated with Shearman & Sterling in New York, where he practiced with the Real Estate Department. Mr. Danziger is fluent in French. Member: American  Bar Association.

Charles T. Danziger graduated from Yale University,  magna cum laude, and the New York University School of Law, where he was an Editor of The Journal of International Law and Politics. Mr. Danziger was formerly associated with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, where he practiced with the Banking and Corporate Departments and with the Asia Corporate Group; Nagashima & Ohno in Tokyo, one of  Japan’s leading law firms; and with The Museum of Modern Art, where he served as Assistant General Counsel.  He wrote and illustrated “Japan for Starters”, a book about Japanese modern life, business, and tradition, and “Harvey and Etsuko’s Manga Guide to Japan”.  He is a trustee of The Miyake Design Foundation (established by Issey Miyake) and Partners in Performance (established by the violinist Midori). He has lectured at the University of Chicago Law School and at Keio University in Japan.  Mr. Danziger is fluent in Japanese, German and French.

Bradley J. Muro received his BA, cum laude, from Duke University in 1990 and his  JD from NYU School of Law in 1994.  Mr. Muro concentrates in mergers and  acquisitions, corporate finance, real estate, intellectual property,  international and business law.  His  merger and acquisition practice includes structuring and financing acquisitions  and divestitures for public and privately owned companies and involves both  domestic and international operations. His international practice involves both  inbound and outbound transactions and general business issues.  In the corporate finance arena, Mr. Muro has  participated in venture capital, private equity and joint venture transactions.  In addition, he practices in the  franchising, licensing and distribution areas, particularly for luxury goods  companies.  Prior to joining Danziger  & Danziger, Mr. Muro served as Vice President and General Counsel of  LaunchCenter 39, an internet incubator/venture capital company.  From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Muro was an associate  at the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP specializing in mergers and  acquisitions, corporate finance and venture capital activities.  From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Muro was an associate  at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher &  Flom specializing in executive compensation and employee benefits.
